For anybody who knew me back in my early university days, you might remember there was a time when my wardrobe was over flooded with pink! It wasn't uncommon for me to be wearing 2-4 shades of pink in one outfit. And if I wasn't wearing pink on any given day, I had lots of questions to answer to! 

I saw this flamingo scarf at Pseudio Thursday and it reminded me that because I owned so much pink back then, my roommate nicknamed me "mingo" (shortened from flamingo) since I had so much pink! 

These days pink is not nearly as popular in my wardrobe (I could easily go weeks without wearing any) but this spring I've bought a few new pink pieces- this t-shirt and scarf being 2 of them.

Finally getting into back into the swing of blogging and outfit posts! It kind of feels like coming out of hibernation! With all the colourful spring clothing in shops and a few new additions to my wardrobe I'm finally feeling inspired to post my outfits again. And it certainly helps that there's more daylight hours and warmer weather! I've finally put away my winter clothing and just recently hauled my summer clothing out of storage. It's fun to find out what goodies you might have forgotten about!

You've heard me say it before- that winter outfit photos are a challenge to accomplish! (Did you notice my Rudolph nose?) Unfortunately, that's why I haven't been posting my outfits as regularly! But I hope now that with longer stretches of daylight I can at least battle the unpleasant cold to document more outfits!

Despite the fact that we are in the thick of winter here in New Brunswick, all I can think about is the new spring collections that have been coming out! I'm over darker, winter hues- bring on the pretty pastels, brights and neons!

This is officially my new favourite sweater. It goes with just about everything and is incredibly cozy. I have to stop myself from wanting to wear it every day lately. I picked it up at local boutique, Je Suis Prest Boutique, on a boxing day sale for 30% off.
